CANCELLATION POLICY

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT


We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the commencement of your appointment so we can check your Photo ID and ensure your Client Health Release Form and Covid-19 Agreement has been completed. These forms are sent to you via SMS when you receive your appointment reminder and must be completed prior to getting tattooed. 

LATE ARRIVALS

We do everything we can to ensure that you received your full tattoo time.


However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to provide you with your remaining tattoo time.

We will retain the right to charge you for your full tattoo time.

We recommend that you make every effort possible to arrive on time to your appointment.



LATE CANCELLATIONS

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all changes and cancellations of appointments.


Reception is open between 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday to answer calls, messages, emails and to assist you with any changes or cancellations to appointments.

Failure to give us 48 hours notice or failing to arrive to your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
